FIFA 09 features the incredible animation, graphics and AI of the popular FIFA 08, and boasts improvements that will make your experience all the more challenging and realistic! There are over 250 additions and enhancements with dramatically improved responsiveness that allows for a quicker release of the ball, faster off-the-ball running and even a new jostle system, which takes into account the players' strength when they're going shoulder to shoulder!

The recreated player-momentum collision system calculates the speed, power and weight of players when they collide, while new goalkeeper technology allows for better positioning, improved reactions and speedier recovery after a save.

FIFA 09 even allows you to control the weather: you can switch snow and rain on or off before a match, and play games during the day, at dusk or at night, depending on your choice of stadium.

Improvements have also been made to the ?Be a Pro' mode. Your character can change clubs and play for his national team - depending on his performance on the pitch, of course!
