Because it has 1/250 flash synchronisation, the E-30 is one of the most accurate, most powerful SLR cameras in its range. In addition to the technical features already mentioned, the E-30 is equipped with a 12.3-megapixel Live MOS sensor and a mechanical stabiliser. 

The E-30's Live View mode can be used to frame shots on the 2.7-inch HyperCrystal screen, while the easy-to-use focus comes in handy when you want to get your picture just right. It works with the face recognition and background detection controls to achieve the perfect balance between your subject and the landscape behind them.

Finally, the E-30 boasts a dual memory card slot, which means you can use both CompactFlash and xD-Picture memory cards to increase the number of snaps you take! The E-30 is supplied with a ZUIKO DIGITAL 14-54 mm f/2.8-3.5 II zoom lens, with a 35mm equivalent of 28-108mm.
