A “No problem” After Sales Service


A problem with your product? You are not entirely happy with your purchase?
When your product is returned, Pixmania will take care of ensuring that it is repaired or replaced.


  • The warranties …

    All our digital cameras and camcorders have a 2 year warranty.
    Other items have a warranty of between 1 and 5 years depending on the manufacturer and extended warranties that may be available.

  • Conditions for application of the warranty…

    The warranty does not apply when faults result from damage caused by exterior elements, accidents (notably electrical, physical damage, misuse etc.) any actions that are against the advice and instructions given in the product manual.
    The warranty conditions also exclude all products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or a non-authorised repair centre.
    The warranty does not apply for any obvious defect or damage to the product that is not reported in the first 7 days after the delivery of the product. No claim for this type of problem shall be considered after the end of this 7 day period.

  • The returns procedure…

    Returning the product:

    • In the 1st year most products are returned directly to the manufacturer

    • In the 2nd year to Pixmania After Sales Service

    The return is processed:

    • For an exchange or reimbursement of any items received in the returns period, in their original packaging

    • In case of reparation of the main product (and eventually associated accessory/accessories). PIXMANIA cannot be held responsible for lost or not returned accessories (except accessories associated to the defective product).

    NB: If you receive a product that does not correspond with your order Please contact our Customer Care Service

    Any returned product must be accompanied by the following documentation:

    • A copy of your invoice

    • A returns coupon

    The product should be returned by the national postal service and we recommend that you take out insurance to cover the parcel in transit.
    No parcel should be sent to the Fotovista / Pixmania head office
    Return costs and any risk incurred during transit are to be covered by the customer.
