ARCHOS guarantee extensions allow you to extend your standard guarantee by up to 1, 2 or 3 years. If you choose to extend your standard guarantee, you’ll also get free technical support and long-term email assistance.

Archos Gold guarantee extension

  • An extra two years on your standard hardware guarantee.
  • 10 free technical support calls that you can use as you wish during the period of your GOLD guarantee.
  • Unlimited number of support emails during the period of your GOLD guarantee
  • Benefit from our “repair pick-up on site” service if your player needs to be repaired.
  • This guarantee only applies if you have purchased your product within the last year.

Archos Silver guarantee extension

  • An extra year on your standard hardware guarantee.
  • 5 free technical support calls that you can use as you wish during the period of your SILVER guarantee
  • Unlimited number of support emails during the period of your SILVER guarantee.
