3. Delivery methods and shipping fees

The products that we sell are delivered to Latvia. Your product(s) will be delivered to the address you entered when you placed your order. Our delivery methods and shipping fees depend on the type of product you buy from our catalogue. They will be specified on the specification sheet accompanying each of the products on our site.

4. Right of retraction. Money back guarantee

With Pixmania, you have 14 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with.
Please note that shipping fees must be paid by the customer. However, if the product does not conform to the product description, return shipping fees will be refunded. All returns must be sent via the post (or other transporter) to the address specified in paragraph 2 (Address / Contact details).
We request that you contact us before you return your product(s). Please include a copy of the invoice(s) for your product(s) when you return the product(s) to us.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned complete and in their original state (packaging, accessories, user guide etc).
Concerning refunds, if the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery to you (the postmark being proof thereof), you will be refunded by bank transfer.
