I can do little but praise this lens. For the price it is a superb companion to the isT digital SLR. It is remarkably light compared with traditional SLR lenses and being automatic a breeze to use. I have done scenic and portrait pictures with it and love the results - good contrast and definition with no discernable aberrations.

My only worry (or wish) is that it could be a little faster, especially on the tight end, but for the price it's an extremely good buy.

Excellent pictures, no obvious aberrations, very light and easy to use.

Could be a bit faster.
