1. What is PIX & ME?

PIX&I is a personal space on the website where you can access your account directly and use other services to make your purchases easier on Pixmania.com. You can manage your orders and your newsletter subscriptions; create PIX'lists for your next orders; view the products you consulted previously in just one click, and take advantage of personalised advice.

2. How does it work?

It's easy!
- If you're already a customer, just use the email address and password that you used for your first order on Pixmania.
- If you're not a customer and you would like to use our personalised services, register by using an email address that will be used for your following log-ins.

Once you have registered, a personalised menu will appear that will allow you to access different sections.

3. PIX'lists

You can create more than one list during your visit, and afterwards, you can find your selection in one simple click.

Getting started:
You need to create a list and name it.
To create this list you have two choices:
- In the PIX'list management space , fill in the field intended for this purpose.
- On the product description page you can click directly on the button "Add to my PIX'list". In a new window you can name your list and confirm the addition of the product to it.

To consult your PIX'list:

Create one or more lists with products you\'re interested in. When you want to order them, go to your PIX'list, which is accessible from the PIX&I menu on the homepage, and choose the list that you wish to consult.

4. Your orders

Access your personal space through PIX&I to track your orders, check on the status of your orders, print your bills and consult previous orders made on Pixmania. You can create a return request for a faulty product and track the status of your after-sales service request. Download manuals for products you have purchased in the language of your choice.

5. Last-viewed products

Save time when you visit Pixmania.com with Pix&I. The next time you visit our website, you can find all the products you'd like to order or view again in just one click.

6. Advice

If you've ordered a product on Pixmania and would like to see related items, we offer a full range of accessories that will allow you to improve your product.

7. Subscribe to a newsletter

Manage your subscriptions quickly and easily thanks to PIX&I. Just one click and you can subscribe or unsubscribe to a newsletter!

9. Saved Basket

If you added products to you basket but would like some time to think about it before going ahead and purchasing them, don't worry! Pix&I automatically saves your basket. On your next visit you'll find your basket just as you left it by clicking on "Saved basket" in the Pix&I menu. You can consult your basket, change it and finalise your order in one click.
