What is the Pixmania Return and Refund policy?

No one is error-free, for us, and our carriers. And anyone can have a change of mind, even you. Thankfully, we've got it all covered.

1. Return of products under the right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of package to request a refund under your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must notify the publisher’s customer service department of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (e.g. e-mail). It is then your responsibility, at your own expense to return the product(s) to the address indicated on the "return" stub at the bottom of the delivery slip which is in the package sent back within 14 days. You can also make the return and exchange request directly on the following site: https://sav.pixmania.com/.
Any return must be made in full (original packaging, instruction manual, accessories, etc.) and the returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, therefore they must not be worn, soiled or damaged. Important: in the case of reconditioned products, it is mandatory to return the product to us without any lock code or account of iCloud / Google / Samsung ... otherwise, no exchange and / or refund will be possible.
Per the provisions of the Consumer Code, you may not under any circumstances claim to exercise your right of withdrawal for orders of all products personalized or made to its specifications. Pixmania will refund you using the same means which was used for the initial transaction within thirty days following the return of the product(s).

2. Return of Defective Products
For any return of product outside the framework provided by the right of withdrawal, for example wrong product delivered or return within the framework of the guarantee for defective products, please contact our customer service department:

Despite taking all the precautionary measure in printing the customizable case (your image or one of our creators) if you receive a defective case (for example, a defect in the ink printing), Pixmania offers you the opportunity to re-do a print, at no cost to you. In this case, please take a picture of your case and send it to our customer service department.
We always check the quality of our products as well as the quality of our packaging before shipment. However, if your product was seriously damaged during shipment, we kindly ask you to take a picture of your package and send it to our customer service so that we can get back to you and offer you a solution at the soonest.

3. Refund
Pixmania will refund you using the same refund method as the original transaction within thirty days of the return of the product(s). Shipping charges are not refunded.
